📋 How to Use

For Gmail Users
  1. Customize Your Info
    • Enter your name and job title in the form below
    • The previews will update automatically as you type
  2. Copy Your Signature
    • Click the signature option you want — it copies automatically
  3. Add to Gmail
    • Go to Gmail → click the gear icon → See all settings
    • Scroll to the "Signature" section and click "Create New"
    • Name your signature
  4. Paste & Apply
    • Paste your signature into the box (⌘+V or Ctrl+V)
    • No additional formatting is needed
  5. Set as Default
    • Under "Signature Defaults," select your new signature
    • Scroll to the bottom and click "Save Changes"
  6. Done! Your signature is ready to use.
For Apple Mail Users
⚠️ Important: You must complete the Gmail setup before continuing.
  1. Copy the Signature
    • Click your preferred signature option below
  2. Open Apple Mail
    • Go to Mail → Settings/Preferences → Signatures
  3. Add a New Signature
    • Select the "Google" account and click the "+" button
  4. Name It & Paste
    • Enter a name for your signature
    • Uncheck "Always match my default message font"
    • Paste your signature into the box (⌘+V)
    • It may look like boxes — this is normal and will render correctly when sent
  5. Set as Default
    • Use the "Choose Signature" dropdown to make this your default
  6. Done! Your Apple Mail signature is now set up.
