📋 How to Use
For Gmail Users
- Customize Your Info
- Enter your name and job title in the form below
- The previews will update automatically as you type
- Copy Your Signature
- Click the signature option you want — it copies automatically
- Add to Gmail
- Go to Gmail → click the gear icon → See all settings
- Scroll to the "Signature" section and click "Create New"
- Name your signature
- Paste & Apply
- Paste your signature into the box (⌘+V or Ctrl+V)
- No additional formatting is needed
- Set as Default
- Under "Signature Defaults," select your new signature
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Save Changes"
- Done! Your signature is ready to use.
For Apple Mail Users
⚠️ Important:
You must complete the Gmail setup before continuing.
- Copy the Signature
- Click your preferred signature option below
- Open Apple Mail
- Go to Mail → Settings/Preferences → Signatures
- Add a New Signature
- Select the "Google" account and click the "+" button
- Name It & Paste
- Enter a name for your signature
- Uncheck "Always match my default message font"
- Paste your signature into the box (⌘+V)
- It may look like boxes — this is normal and will render correctly when sent
- Set as Default
- Use the "Choose Signature" dropdown to make this your default
- Done! Your Apple Mail signature is now set up.
